Day 1: Transfer to Jinja 

We leave within the afternoon for Jinja to Kampala which takes about two hours. We shall take a walk along the Nile before hopping onto to the boat to go see the Source of the World’s longest River.
 
Right after this activity, we shall head over to your lodge where you’ll have dinner and an overnight stay at a chosen hotel.

Day 2: White water rafting.

In the morning we shall meet the rafting guides and whilst having breakfast, they will brief you about the day. You will need all your energy, so ensure to eat up all your breakfast. A light lunch is provided on the river to help keep your energy levels up throughout this sports activity. After briefing, you will be given life jackets and helmets before heading to the starting point by the river.

Once at the river’s edge, you will be given detailed safety knowledge and some practical instructions of what to do and what not during the activity. As the river drifts through the beautiful scenery, you will be guided through the mighty challenges of some of the biggest and safest grade 5 rapids. During this activity, eight significant rapids are rafted including other various lower graded runs, all chosen to make the most of your security and amusement. You will have a break before grade 4 and 5 rapids so as to be demonstrated the course of the route on the river. Keep in mind, whenever you are fatigued, or have experienced sufficient adventure, you are at liberty to hop on the safety boat, chill and sail away on the river. There are serene stretches of water that disparate the rapids –excellent for taking a dip and appreciating the gorgeous scenery.

In conclusion of this activity, you will have crossed over 20 kms of the world’s longest River. How cool is that?

Later you will return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Transfer to Siipi falls 

After breakfast and we shall embark on another journey further East to the land of waterfalls. Siipi falls are situated on the foot prints of Mt Elgon, lose yourself in the gorgeous scenery of the Eastern Rift valley during our stops and feel free to take out your camera. On arrival in the late afternoon, you can go for an optional abseiling on the highest waterfall or a sunset walking tour.

Later, you will check in to your chosen hotel for dinner and an overnight stay. 

Day 4: Hike to the falls and coffee tour. 

After breakfast we shall link up with a local guide who will take us on a hike through various waterfalls.
Bring your camera along remember, to keep hydrated during the hike and keep your ears open while you learn more about the people living in the Mountains of Elgon. This region is also known for its beautiful scenery of the Eastern Rift Valley, so be ready to immerse yourself in the nature.
Note that these waterfalls are the highest in Uganda at (100 meters)high. Return to your lodge for lunch and take a breather before the next activity in the afternoon.

Later we shall go for a coffee tour led by local farmers. You will learn about the coffee process from planting until consumption, right in your cup! You will acquire knowledge of how to harvest, roast and pound coffee using a wooden mortar and pestle. This gives you an opportunity participate in making your own cup coffee and as well take some home if interested. 

Day 5: Transfer back to Kampala/Entebbe airport. 

We will have breakfast before heading back to Kampala. We shall make a stop in Jinja for lunch before proceeding to Kampala. On arrival to the city, we shall transfer you to Entebbe International Airport or your hotel.
